  2. We will search every available funding source and match your organization with the funding opportunity of a private or corporate foundation, federal agency, state agency, or major donor with a shared funding initiative.

  3. Grant Proposal Development
    • We will create a full proposal ‘Boiler Plate’ that is used consistently by your staff to apply for various upcoming grant opportunities
    • We will respond weekly to a predetermined amount of Request for Proposals and new grant application requests on behalf of your organization.
  4. We will take your vision and successfully communicate it to potential funders in the form of a full proposal, letter of inquiry, or application.

  6. We will ‘hold your hand’ and walk your organization through the steps of developing a creative, competitive, fundable project/program that fits your organization’s mission and capacity.

  7. Organization Case Statement
  8. We will create an executive document that includes the mission, five-year funding agenda, and the project/program objectives goals of your organization. This document is used to distribute to key supporters and prospective major donors.

  9. Strategic Planning
  10. Designed to help an organization focus its vision and priorities, it is a systematic process through which an organization agrees on—and builds commitment among key stakeholders to—priorities which are essential to its mission and responsive to the operating environment.

  11. Coaching (Grants and Program Development)
  12. We understand that oftentimes what organizations need is someone to walk them through the grants process: from program development to budget development to grants research and writing.  You will receive one-on-one coaching from a senior level nonprofit consultant and/or certified grantwriter.  As a ‘Grants Coach’ student  you will receive additional benefits including:

    25% of all Web-based and live classes

    10% of all ‘Truth About Grants’ products

    Coaching Sessions are priced at $100/per hour.
